GEO, that has an experience of 25 years in industrial – technological contracting sector, settles its strategies for 2009 – 2010 in an elevating field for both our country and world and improves its services to this effect.

Solutions against the economical crisis

Thanks to renewable energy sources that decrease costs significiantly, GEO scopes out solutions for global economical crisis. GEO is planning to produce various technologies especially about renewable energy sources. Industry sector that uses renewable energy sources will have a chance to provide energy from a cheaper way. Consequently production costs will get lower. They will also make a contribution to save the world by using solar cells, wind turbines and biomass.

GEO implemented renewable energy sources projects to some industrial facilities in İzmir and Aegean Region. One of the most remarkable project was realized in Tire Industrial Area. The first daylighting project of Tire Industrial Area was implemented to management office of Galip Kılınç, who is the manager of Tire Industrial Area, with the support of Kamil Porsuk. With this Project, 30 % energy saving is expected by using solar power for lighting system.

Target: All enterprises in Aegean Region

GEO’s first target for 2009 is “implementing renewable energy sources to all enterprises of Aegean industry”.
As is the case in whole world, economical cirisis effected Turkish industry, too and to get it over, the first step must be taken is energy saving. At this point, using renewable energy sources is getting more important day by day. It is also important for environmental protection. Low cost energy investments provide advantages with short term amortizations.
GEO believes that renewable energy policies must be handled in the scope of master plan from now on and we plan to become an initiator of innovative businesses for using renewable energy sources by renewable energy oriented R&D studies and projects.
