RENEWABLE ENERGY LAW WAS APPROVED

The legislative proposal was accepted and became law related to renewable energy sources to Parliamentary General Assembly. The law aims at incentive of electricity generation based on renewable resources. The price is fixed as "dollar cent" instead of "euro cent" in this law for production plants based on renewable energy resources.

“$ 7.3 cents for hydro-electric power plant,

$ 7.3 cents for production plant based on wind power,

$ 10.50 cents for production plant based on geothermal energy,

$ 13.30 cents for production plant based on biomass (including landfill gas),

$ 13.30 cents for production plant based on solar energy”

These prices will be valid during 10 years for production license holders.
